Karnell has acquired 60% of the shares in Simrishamn-based SimFAS Sweden AB. The sellers are two private owners. The remaining shares are owned by Roger Axmon and temporary CEO Sten Christiansson.
“Together we will make SimFAS a leading white label manufacturer of fillers, adhesives and sealants in the Nordic region.” says Roger Axmon, board member of SimFAS.
“Simfas is a relatively small quality player in a large market. We believe that SimFAS has a good potential to grow thanks to the company’s innovative, environmentally profiled products and top modern filler production plant.” says Hans Karlander, partner at Karnell.
In conjunction with the acquisition, Karnell adds two board members to SimFAS, Hans Karlander and Peter Carrick.
